Our Taupe Storage Hamper is available in four sizes, making it suitable for all your household storage needs. Made from a full, taupe-finished willow, these baskets are naturally strong and durable whilst being relatively lightweight, ensuring minimal damage to any surface on which they sit.
The interiors are lined with a removable cotton/polyester cloth, making them incredibly easy to clean, whilst preventing any snags between the willow fibres and the contents.
Taupe, meaning 'mole' in french, is a new way in which our artisans colour our willow. This process results in a stylish and modern design of a classic wicker basket.
The process of basket weaving with willow is naturally sustainable due to the relatively quick growth of the plant fibres. The artisans use traditional weaving methods and techniques to create highly decorative, but durable, pieces.
